BLM Mob Takes Over a Hundred Hostages and Biden’s Police Does Nothing – Absolutely Nothing (Video)

In Rochester, New York, a mob of Black Lives Matter protesters are said to have taken over a local grocery store. Those who happened to be inside of this Wegmans when the protesters arrived were trapped inside of the establishment. At least 100 customers are said to have been taken hostage.

Daniel Prude is a black man who passed away after having an encounter with the Rochester Police Department. The officers who were involved in the incident have been cleared of wrongdoing by a Democratic Attorney General. A grand jury is not going to be seeking charges against the officers.

In the words of local news reporter Michael Schwartz, there was a large group of BLM supporters and they had a lot to say. “We have a long walk today, we are shutting s— down!” they yelled. 200 protesters made their way to the grocery store, which is located on East Avenue. Once they arrived, all of the shoppers were trapped inside.

“The group has set up here at East Ave. Wegmans. Cars following have carried these supplies. Last time I saw a tent setup was at Occupy City Hall. Shoppers cannot leave,” Schwartz reported. This had to be a terrifying scene for those who were just looking to get their groceries.

“Hundreds of people trapped in the East Avenue #ROC Wegmans by this mob,” said Rochester journalist and radio host Bob Lonsberry. “The Rochester Police Department is just watching and letting it happen. I guess fire codes and trespassing aren’t things in Rochester anymore. What an embarrassing day for the city and the PD,” he continued. “There are a bunch of shoppers inside Wegmans who aren’t being allowed to leave,” Democrat & Chronicle reporter Justin Murphy added.

Police reports state that Prude was being held by the police when he attempted to ask for their gun. “Give me your gun, I need it,” he told the officers on the scene. A Forbes report states that he “had been taken to the local hospital for suicidal thoughts about eight hours before his encounter with police on March 22”. This would seem to be a pretty open and shut case.

The police did everything that they could do to help a man who was clearly suicidal. This is Biden’s America. The police are losing their ability to maintain the rule of law right in front of our very eyes. Does anyone think that disrupting everyone else’s grocery shopping is legitimately helpful to whatever movement that they are looking to start?

All they want to know is inconvenience people who may or may not be on their side to begin with. We don’t have access to any demographics from that particular grocery store but imagine being the person who actually agrees with them and you’re still being treated like dirt. People with children and elderly family members to take care of are simply looking to move on with their day. The mob did not think about this aspect of things when they started this endeavor, that is for sure.

We just wish that they would be willing to get all of their facts before acting out like this. Prude does not seem to fit the profile of someone who has been unfairly persecuted by the police. He had severe mental health issues that were unfortunately not addressed in time. It’s a sad story, for sure, but does it warrant this type of protest? This mob is not even accomplishing anything.

The time has come for a more serious conversation about where we go from here. Even if you want to offer up a good faith interpretation for what is taking place, there is not much more to be said. These types of protests are only going to create a greater level of resentment in America. Biden claimed that he would be bringing people together but near as we can tell? Things are going to get worse before they get better on that front.
